At-home postpartum cooking workshop for expecting parents in London

In just 3 hours, learn the essentials of postpartum cooking and prepare up to 20 nourishing portions together.

What you want to avoid in postpartum...
  • Not knowing how to nourish yourself to support recovery

  • Having to urgently figure out what to eat to support milk supply

  • Unknowingly slowing your healing with foods that are not adapted to postpartum

  • Feeling depleted because your meals are not truly nourishing

  • Improvising food day by day while caring for a newborn

  • Not having simple, easy-to-digest meals already prepared

  • Carrying the full mental load of postpartum nutrition alone

  • Lacking clear, practical guidance on how to care for yourself through food

In postpartum, what you truly need is...

  • A clear understanding of how to eat to support recovery

  • Food that naturally supports milk supply

  • Ingredients that help the body heal and rebuild

  • Deeply nourishing meals that restore energy

  • Meals already prepared for the early days with your baby

  • Simple, comforting dishes that are easy to digest

  • Less mental load around food and meal planning

  • A practical way to care for yourself through nourishment

The good news? Many of these challenges can be anticipated before your baby even arrives.

That’s why I created my postpartum cooking workshops: to help you prepare nourishing meals ahead of time, ease the mental load, and step into those first weeks feeling more supported, more prepared, and more at peace.

Les a priori des ateliers

de cuisine post-natale

Vous êtes persuadée que…

👉 On improvisera quand bébé sera là.

Why I created this post-partum cooking class?

I’m Moea, founder of Moea Postpartum Kitchen and a chef specializing in vegetarian and plant-based postpartum cuisine.

After the birth of my daughter, I experienced how deeply food can support postpartum recovery, nourishing healing, breastfeeding, energy, and the well-being of new parents.

Inspired by postpartum traditions from around the world and informed by modern nutritional knowledge, I created this workshop to offer expecting parents what I wish I had received: comforting meals, practical tools, and real support for a gentler, more nourished postpartum.

What to Expect from the Couples's postpartum class

For three hours, I guide you step by step through a practical, nourishing, and supportive preparation for postpartum life.

Together, we prepare meals specifically designed to support recovery, reduce the mental load of daily cooking, and help you enter the first weeks with your baby feeling more prepared and cared for.

A Personalized Experience, Before We Even Meet

Before the workshop, you'll receive a questionnaire by email or WhatsApp to help me better understand:

  • Your preferences and goals

  • Your eating habits

  • Your likes and dislikes

  • Any dietary requirements or restrictions (allergies, intolerances, specific diets, etc.)

Based on your answers, I create several postpartum menu options tailored to your needs. You then choose the four preparations that best suit your family.

Thoughtfully Organized for Your Peace of Mind

Together, we'll schedule a workshop date with a minimum duration of three hours. We also choose a backup date, allowing flexibility should your pregnancy require any last-minute adjustments.

Where Does the Workshop Take Place?

The workshop can take place:

  • In the comfort of your own kitchen

  • Or at my fully equipped kitchen studio

What You'll Receive Before the Workshop

  • The purpose of each ingredient

  • Its postpartum nutritional benefits

  • The foundations of postpartum cooking

  • Simple tips for meal organization, storage, and planning ahead

A Space for Conversation and Support

The workshop concludes with an open and supportive discussion where you can:

Après cet atelier, vous repartirez avec des préparations favorisant une récupération, des recettes offrant un meilleur confort digestif, une stabilité émotionnelle renforcée, une énergie constante sans fringales, une charge mentale allégée grâce à une meilleure organisation, une harmonie accrue dans le couple en impliquant chacun dans le post-partum, ainsi que le sentiment d’avoir enfin reçu une véritable transmission sur cette période dont on parle si peu, mais qui transforme profondément la vie d’un couple.

A Practical Way to Learn How to Work as a Team

What happens if my baby arrives before the workshop?

If your baby decides to come early, we can simply reschedule your workshop for after the birth. You're welcome to attend with your baby, and having your co-parent join can make the experience even smoother. If needed, I can also connect you with trusted doulas or midwives from my network so you can fully enjoy the workshop.

I have food allergies or dietary restrictions

Every workshop is tailored to your needs. At home, we will only use ingredients that fit your dietary requirements and are already part of your usual diet.

Can I offer a workshop as a gift?

Absolutely. I offer personalized gift vouchers with a unique booking code, making it a thoughtful and practical gift for expecting or new parents.

Who does the grocery shopping?

I do. For home workshops, I take care of sourcing all ingredients and bringing any additional equipment needed. I carefully select high-quality products from trusted suppliers.

How should I prepare my kitchen?

Just make sure your kitchen is clean and that there is enough workspace for each participant to comfortably use a cutting board.

What equipment do I need?

Once you've chosen your menu, I'll send you a checklist of the necessary equipment. We’ll review together what you already have and what I can bring. I have portable equipment available, including an induction cooktop and food processor. Some recipes may also require an oven.
