London Postpartum Chef

When your baby arrives, cooking is often the last thing you have time or energy for. I come to your home to prepare nourishing, postpartum-focused meals that are ready to enjoy or freeze, so you can spend less time worrying about what's for dinner and more time focusing on your recovery, your baby, and your growing family.

You've just had a baby…
Suddenly, looking after yourself feels harder than ever.
Cooking is the last thing on your mind.
You eat cold meals or snack between feeds.
Your baby needs you around the clock.
You're physically and emotionally exhausted.
Deciding what to eat feels like another mental load.
Grocery shopping and cooking feel overwhelming.
You often forget to eat—or skip meals altogether.
You wish you had nourishing, comforting meals ready whenever you need them.
Your recovery keeps slipping to the bottom of the priority list.
What you really need after birth…
More than anything, you want to feel cared for, nourished, and supported.
Delicious, nourishing meals ready whenever you need them.
The comfort of a hot meal, even with a baby in your arms.
More time and energy for yourself and your family.
One less thing to think about—no meal planning, no grocery shopping, no cooking.
Meals thoughtfully designed to support your postpartum recovery.
A fridge filled with comforting food that's ready to enjoy or freeze.
To nourish your body without any extra effort.
Less mental load during those precious first weeks with your baby.
The chance to truly rest while someone else takes care of you.
To feel supported, looked after, and nurtured throughout your postpartum journey.
That's exactly what I bring to your home through my postpartum chef service: nourishing meals, thoughtful care, and the support you deserve.
Les a priori des ateliers
de cuisine post-natale
Vous êtes persuadée que…
👉 On improvisera quand bébé sera là.
Moea postpartum chef
Hi, I'm Moea, founder of MOEA Postpartum Kitchen and a chef specialising in vegetarian and plant-based postpartum cuisine.
After the birth of my daughter, I discovered how powerful nourishing food can be in supporting recovery, restoring energy, and helping new mothers feel cared for. Yet this is often the very time when cooking becomes the hardest.
That's why I come to your home to prepare wholesome, comforting meals designed specifically for the postpartum period. Every dish is thoughtfully created to nourish your body, lighten your mental load, and support your recovery.
My mission is simple: to fill your fridge and freezer with nourishing meals, so you can focus on what truly matters : your recovery, your baby, and your family.
Because when a mother is nourished, the whole family thrives.
